I love watching Jamie Oliver’s 30 Minute Meals on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  It’s on at 5:30 pm and watching it makes us soooooo hungry.

I’ve been a fan of Jamie’s for forever – think back to his Naked Chef days – but really love the way he cooks now.  Heaps healthy, lots of fresh and quick (but again with the healthy) for a young, growing family.

Tonight I “put my 30 minute mindset on” and made the Spinach & Feta Pie.
