Little Man has had Blanky since he was born.
She’s been through nearly 9 years with him. She’s a little worse for wear. We have to colour her ‘cataracts’ in with black Texta when she goes blind, and the bow that used to adorn her neck is safely tucked away in his Treasures Box.
But she’s always there for him.
Especially when he’s not well…
He told me the other night that he was still going to sleep with Blanky when he was married. He’d just have to tuck her under his pillow so that his wife wouldn’t notice…
