I’ve had the copper solder out again, and have been playing with truly organic forms.
These spirals have been created with copper sheet that is soldered together. I then filed them smooth so that no escaped bits of copper solder were showing.
Teamed with these deep red round garnet gemstone beads there is a real contrast between the rough and the smooth – originality that is sure to enchant you.

Rough and ready looking but with a charm all their own, I created these earrings from copper sheet that I formed in to haphazard spirals.
Bonded with copper solder to help them keep their form and shape, I filed the edges back smooth to create contrast and to ensure that there would be no rough edges.
