never-skip-breakfastPersonally I don’t know how anyone could skip breakfast… when I wake up (properly) I’m famished and until I get some food in my belly, generally a little cranky to boot!

    Fail! I rarely eat as soon as I get up. I get the kids off to school, go to the gym and then have breakfast around 10am or I just wait and have an early lunch. A coffee usually gets me through if I skip altogether.
    I love the graphic here too.
    Hopefully I will do better on the other tips!
