Spinach = Pale Green
Hibiscus tea = Green
Blackberries = Deep Purple
Red Cabbage = Robin’s egg Blue
Cranberries = Lavender
Beet Juice = Pale Pink
* The longer you leave the eggs in, the more the color changes”

We’ll be having the Easter long weekend at home this year (and I’ll have extra kids while helping friends move house) so I think I might try some of the boiled egg versions mentioned in this fab tutorial at A Storybook Life… not sure that eggshells would survive a three year old…
