Purchasing from the ArtFire Studio:
I want you to be able love your jewellery for many years to come, and I take great care when processing and handling your orders. Items that are already in the Studio will be shipped out within 3 business days.
If you have requested a custom design , this will be indicated in the product listing. This also means your purchase is being created especially for you and you should not expect your jewellery for 3-4 weeks from your purchase date.
Payment in the ArtFire Studio:
I accept payment via Paypal, or with debit/credit cards via the Paypal portal. When paying with your credit card simply proceed using the Paypal link during the checkout process to complete your payment. Paypal will process your payment and is completely secure, safe and confidential. You DO NOT need an existing Paypal account to use this feature.
If you are a resident of Australia and would prefer to direct debit would payment to my account, I am more than happy to accommodate you. Please contact me via email and I can sent you the relevant details.
Can I return/exchange my purchases?
All Tasha Chawner jewellery can be exchanged for store credit, within 7 days with a return authorization. After all, I want you to love your new jewellery!
As a small independent business owner, I regret that I can accept returns for store credit only. Exchanges are accepted on pieces purchased from the ArtFire Studio only, and within 7 business days. Please contact me via email before sending to receive a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to you in the form of a gift certificate. Custom orders are not returnable, as are limited edition items that are indicated as such in the product listing. The dollar amount will be your original purchase price, minus shipping costs, and return shipping/insurance costs will be your responsibility.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes, time and design requests permitting.
Custom design work involves a custom quote. I welcome your custom inquiries and will do my best to satisfy your dream!. Please keep in mind that all custom design work is not returnable.
Where do you make this jewellery?
All of my jewelry is created – start to finish – in my home studio, situated in the New England region of the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales. Each design begins with a spark of inspiration and ends in a unique pieces of jewellery. Which is then sent directly to you!
