In my never-ending quest for a comfortable chair to sit and work in, I had borrowed one from a friend. It was great because it took a lot of the pressure off of my lower back. I still use my kitchen timer – set from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how I’m feeling – and then I get up and stretch or do sit ups.
But this chair is brilliant. It raises up and down, so I can take it from my jewellery work space to the computer desk. The kids love it – it’s still a bit of a novelty. And I feel less sore at the end of the day.
