Browse: Home / Magnifique Monday – The Deconstructress
By Tasha Chawner on September 14, 2009
I’m a fan of Tim Burton – and when I happened upon this amazing dress on Etsy, I immediately hearted it…
Created by Steph – the Deconstructress – she specializes in Custom Costume Couture. Her gowns are created from scratch, or ‘deconstructed’ from existing wedding dresses, hand-painted and inspired by art, literature, film, music and nature. Truly ‘wearable art’.
New designs are added each September, and Steph is also working on a new line of one-of-a-kind Formal Wear.

Based on Tim Burton's Corpse Bride

That is incredibly beautiful! I love the way the blue washes out towards the top. Very very pretty. Thank you for sharing!
You are most welcome Celeste.
Etsy is such a wonderful place to find an amazing array of handmade. Every day I stumble across something else gorgeous. It’s like being in a candy store!!
Cheers,
Tasha
