Newborn Sessions

becoming a parent is one of most incredible times of your life

but the first couple of months go by so quickly that often it feels like a dream and is hard to remember later on.

Their chubby cheeks, soft wisps of hair, wrinkly new skin and warm smell…  it doesn’t last long. Capture their newness forever.

I will be photographing you and your baby in and around your home, capturing real life moments to give you a complete story of what your life is like with the newest member of your family.  Photographing in your home means that yours and your baby’s comfort and enjoyment are a priority, so these sessions will never be rushed.

My approach to newborn photography is to utilize minimalist and simple components to accentuate your baby’s newness and purity.

It can be difficult to book a newborn session in advance, however, I can still pencil you in and ask that you put me on your contact list for when your baby is born, so I can make myself available for your session as soon you’re ready.

While a newborn session can be done at any age, the ideal time for a newborn sitting is when baby is 5-10 days old, but I am happy to photograph newborns up to 6 weeks old.
