What I’m wondering is what your signature barbeque dish is?
You know, the one that everyone holds their breath for, hoping that you’ve brought it with you…?!
I don’t have one. I personally have a weakness for cheese, so I always bring along the yummiest cheeses I can get my hands on. Not even remotely exotic, but that’s me – Cheese Woman.
Feel free to share a recipe, or just tell us how much everyone loves what you bring.
You know one of my favourite things on the barbie ~ grilled haloumi. That way you can combine your love of cheese {i’m the same} with the barbecue!
I haven’t ever tried haloumi on the barbie, Kellie. Usually I do it in the pan on the stove… Will put that on my list for next barbeque!
