One of the reasons I love my macro lens so much is that you can see the detail that the naked eye misses.

This morning was a reasonable frost, and the few surviving dandelions in the backyard turn in to little puff-balls of tiny icicles.  It’s amazing how even the delicate hairs of the dandelions can end up with frostings of frost on them – because that’s what it looks like, don’t you think… frosting.
