Inspiration can strike on a whim…
Down the street getting groceries.
Browsing blog-land.
Listening to my kids talk.
Watching the ads on mute.
Driving to talk-back radio.
Flicking through my favourite magazine.
But most often it happens while I am in the shower.
Idea after idea explodes in my brain and I have nowhere to write it all down. So the ideas then become a mantra – to help me remember what it is I have thought of – until I can get out of the shower and get them down on paper.
Pain in the arse really.
Think I need to invest in some waterproof note-taking device…
Me. Too. When you find that waterproof device let me know!
Ps. What a great photo.
I promise to let you know Kellie!!
It’s just struck me about the photo too – I wonder what waterproofing device they used here !? 🙂

In the car, miles from paper and pen (not a fan of typing stuff out on my phone!), with no great opportunity to write things down.
I get those moments of inspiration too, Bek.
I had taken to dragging a micro-recorder around with me, but discovered I don’t like the sound of my own voice through those things, which was off-putting.
Does your phone have a voice-recording option…?
